about crackle crème
A first of its kind in Vancouver, Crackle Crème serves a variety of small-batch crème brûlées. While our flavours are always changing, they almost always include Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Salted Caramel, Earl Grey, Fererro Rocher, Black Sesame, Pandan Coconut, Honey Lavender, Organic Matcha, a rotating Vegan crème brûlée and, for those who enjoy their dessert with a little kick, crème brûlées infused with Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur, bourbon or Guinness. Right now, try our seasonal flavours of Lemon Meringue and Crack’d Corn!
If crème brûlée isn’t what you’re after, why not come and be seduced by the enticing aroma of fresh liège waffles, with sweet pockets of caramelized pearl sugar imported from Belgium! Try our classic Vanilla, Honey Lavender, Earl Grey, and Matcha flavours and, if you’re feeling extra indulgent, top off your waffle with small-batch, home-made ice cream.
For those who can’t imagine a fresh-baked waffle without a coffee, we also serve fresh espresso-based drinks using beans from East Van Roasters, as well as hot chocolate made with Callebaut chocolate and ginger, rosewater or orange blossoms.
We also offer a range of our crème brûlée flavours in handy mason jars for take-out so you can enjoy them in your own home or at a party.
